This site collects personal data only when a user voluntarily fills in the contact form on the Contact page. The requested data is: first name, last name, email address, and the content of the message sent.
The form does not send data to a server: on submission, it opens the user's default email application with a pre-filled message addressed to our mailbox at bestpacksrls@gmail.com. The data therefore remains within normal email correspondence and is not automatically collected or stored by this website.
Data provided through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to requests for information, availability, or quotes sent by the user.
Processing is based on the consent freely given by the user when filling in and submitting the contact form.
Data received is kept in our company mailbox for as long as necessary to handle the request and for any related administrative or accounting purposes. It is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
The Contact page includes a Google Maps embed, which is not loaded automatically: it is only shown if the user explicitly clicks the "Load map" button.
